If the name that you entered does NOT match the name and address on the credit card your order will be cancelled. Also, we cannot ship your order without a valid email address. Make sure that you provide us with a valid email address. WE WILL EXTENSIVELY CHECK FOR STOLEN, LOST OR FRAUDULENTLY USED CREDIT CARDS.

All U.S. orders will be shipped to addresses or P.O. boxes at your home or place of business in a discreet package using the USPS Priority Mail costing $6.95 for each shipment.
There may be times that customs will delay express delivery in some countries and it can take up to 6 weeks to be delivered.
Shipping Internationally (including Canada) may be subject to Taxes, Duties, Customs and Broker Fees. Any or all of these EXTRA fees will be YOUR responsibility and have to be paid in order to receive your shipment. Rules will vary by your local government and country: which will determine the Customs and duty charges. Certain Customs’ procedures may cause your shipment to be delayed.
If you choose Express Mail shipping, we will provide you with a tracking number and information about your shipment. We will send your tracking number to your email address that you provided once your package has shipped. You will then be able to track your shipment at www.usps.com.
Refund and Return Policy
To return any of our products, you must send us an email within thirty days from the time your order shipped in order to receive an authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.
Any and all unopened products are allowed to be returned for a refund. There will be a 25% re-stocking fee that will apply.
– Product must be in original, unopened packaging
– Product must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense
– Must be properly insured by the customer (if it is not properly insured and gets damaged or lost we will be unable to grant any refunds)
A refund will be issued once we receive the product. We cannot issue a refund on shipping charges. We will NOT accept a refund after thirty days of the initial ship date. International orders that have been detained or confiscated by Customs are not refundable.
An RMA (Return Authorization Number) must be given from our office through email before any product is accepted back for a refund. Once we get your email request for a Return Authorization Number, we will have a representative clarify the eligibility of your return, as outlined by our return policies, and we will then provide you with an RMA number and a return address. Any product that is returned without an RMA number will not be eligible for a return. Please clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the returned box.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject any return that does not meet our return requirements. We will issue a refund within five days after receiving the returned product(s).
Single Purchase Example:
If you purchase 1 bottle for the price of $49.95, and returned one unused, or unopened bottle you would receive a refund (less the restocking fee of $12.49) for a net refund of $37.46.
Buy 2 get 1 free Example #1:
If you purchase the buy 2 get 1 free offer for the price of $99.00 and returned three unused, or unopened, bottles you would receive a refund (less the restocking fee of $24.75) for a net refund of $74.25.
Buy 2 get 1 free Example #2:
If you purchase the buy 2 get 1 free offer for the price of $99.00 and returned two unused, or unopened bottles you would receive a refund (less the cost of the opened bottle $49.95 and the restocking fee of $12.26) for a net refund of $36.79.
A partial return of merchandise constitutes a forfeit of the free product.
If any of your products are damaged during the shipping process, you will need to email us within twenty-four hours after you have received your shipment. We will, at that time, contact the shipping company in order for them to come out and inspect the product and the package. Do not get rid of any part of the product or package. Once the package has been inspected we will ship you out a new order immediately.
We will NOT be responsible for any damages that have occurred after you have received your package.
